To begin your magnesiun chloride therapy/replenishment protocol, start with a 1/4 of a cup a day in your bath, and soak for approximately 20-30 minutes. Do this for 6 consecutive days. After that, continue to do your baths two to three times a week for a minimum of 6-8 weeks.
