Most orders will ship the same day or within 48 hours if they arrive over a weekend. Most in-stock items are shipped with the US via ground service and will arrive within 2-5 working days. A street address is required or a post office box for US mail. Include your daytime phone number when ordering. All delivery charges will be applied to the first of multiple shipments. Claims and shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. All packing materials must be saved.

*SHIPPING : All orders received after 2:00 p.m. (PST) will be shipped the following working day, when possible.

USA:

Standard shipping is via Priority Rate ~ Expedited and express mail is an option for 2-day guaranteed delivery for the USA and Canada and costs a lot more. Costs vary, and are based on items ordered. Grouped or large orders will result in overall shipping cost savings.


International:

Deliver costs will vary based on country and shipping methods selected. We cannot guarantee or make claims on the shipping time to any international destination, but we will strive to prepare and ship your order in a timely manner.

Tracking numbers are available for all shipments in the USA via UPS or overnight USPS deliver. If you require USPS tracking there is a surcharge of $.95 over the cost of the Priority flat rate mail.

R E T U R N S

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we will give you a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable) within 30 days of purchase, provided the original shipping package is unopened. The products are of personal beauty and personal care and are not returnable when the package is opened. For obvious reasons we cannot insure the safety of opened packages and they cannot be returned. Please be aware of this no return policy.

Returns after 30 days are at the discretion of Subtle Energy Technologies. A 25% restocking fee will apply. You are responsible for the shipping charges on all returned items. Instrument returns are only accepted when received in new condition in original shipping box. Used equipment less than 3 months old is subject to a 35% restocking fee and approval from the adminsitration.
